The cancellation terms below apply to all group bookings for individual team camps and club camps made by the association/federation. Group bookings are reservations with more than 10 people. Charges for groups are made via an invoice either on-site (cash/bank card/credit card) or by separate agreement (invoice fee). Any other payment practice must be agreed upon separately at the booking stage.
The name lists of the accommodated groups, the program of the event, and any room preferences must be submitted no later than 21 days before the start of the event.
Special Terms for Group Bookings
Check-in to rooms occurs on the day of arrival no later than 16:00, and rooms must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure. A later room check-out (for an additional fee) can be inquired about on-site at the reception. The booking becomes binding when the customer has confirmed it in writing by the deadline (via email). Individual bookings can also be confirmed verbally (e.g., booked by phone). A booking is also considered confirmed if the customer has not canceled the booking by the deadline but has interacted with their contact person regarding it after the deadline. Otherwise, an unconfirmed booking is considered canceled after the deadline. The institute has no obligation to notify the customer of the cancellation separately or to guarantee the services as per the original booking.
Cancellation Terms
The subscriber has the right to cancel their booking in writing to the address depending on the camp location: sales.pajulahti@kolmekampusta.fi or sales.kisakallio@kolmekampusta.fi. The following cancellation terms also apply when part of the booking is canceled.
Cancellation Terms for the Cooperation Course
- The entire course/camp can be canceled without charge provided this occurs earlier than 56 days before the start of the camp.
- For cancellations announced 56-29 days before the start of the course/camp, 25% of the total booking value will be charged.
- For cancellations announced 28-15 days before the start of the course/camp, 50% of the total booking value will be charged.
- For cancellations announced 14-3 days before the start of the course/camp, 75% of the total booking value will be charged.
- For cancellations announced 2-0 days before the start of the course/camp, 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
Cancellation Terms for Individual Campers
In individual cases, cancellations made later than 48 hours before the start of the camp program will incur a processing fee of 50 €/person. If a customer does not show up (no show) or has to interrupt the camp due to illness or some other reason, the institute is not obliged to refund or reduce the price of the interrupted course for the customer.
Force Majeure
The supplier is not responsible for delays and damages caused by an impediment beyond their control that they could not reasonably be expected to have taken into account and whose consequences they could not also reasonably have avoided or overcome. Such an impediment could be, for example, war, rebellion, earthquake, flood, or another natural disaster, interruption of general traffic, telecommunications, or electricity supply, import or export ban, strike, lockout, boycott, or other industrial action. A strike, lockout, boycott, or other industrial action is considered an impediment even when the supplier is the target. The same applies to the other party to this agreement.
Billing
Billing occurs after the event via an e-invoice. The payment term is 7 days net. The invoice fee is €8.00
