Sustainability

This value guides us to treat every customer equally and ensure the accessibility of the physical and mental environment. We support young people, develop the skills of our staff in themes of equality and diversity, and build a safe and well-being promoting environment for everyone. We create opportunities for everyone to feel better and find joy in movement. 

As an actor in sports, exercise, and education, we face the common opportunities and challenges of the industry. We are committed to the joint sustainability program of the Sports Institutes and the content of the Sports Community's sustainability program by the Olympic Committee, as well as the Fair Competition program created for sports institutes and training centers. Our sustainability program applies the UN's sustainable development goals (Agenda2030).  

In accordance with this value, we are committed to acting in accordance with principles of good governance and promoting sustainable economic growth. 

We boldly create new conditions and make new conquests. We communicate openly about our operations. Promoting equality and diversity is important to us.

The three campuses have an environmental program that includes goals and measures to reduce environmental impacts and increase positive effects.  Large customer numbers and indoor sports facilities highlight heating, greenhouse gas emissions, and waste management as key focal points. Our environmental work is certified (Ekokompassi, Sustainable Travel Finland).
