The Pajulahti swimming hall serves both competitive swimmers and aqua exercisers as well as recreational swimmers. The hall has abundant training equipment (e.g. kickboards, pull buoys, paddles, fins, etc.). The underwater window allows for very good recording of swimming technique performance for later review.

In physical activity courses, aqua exercises and swims according to the programs are included in the price. During swimming clubs' training camps, the use of the hall is mostly included in the daily price. For other groups (e.g., camp schools, sports days, etc.), the use of the hall is possible by separate reservation (in connection with event planning).
Aqua Exercises in Pajulahti
Aqua exercises at the Pajulahti swimming hall take place in the fall from September 1 to November 26, 2025, on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM. In the autumn season, there are a total of 11 aqua exercise sessions, priced at €110/season, students, and pensioners €55/season. There are no aqua exercises in weeks 42-43. Public swimming sessions in the swimming hall autumn season (August-December 2025):
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM (swimming time ends at 8:30 PM)
Saturdays (week 34 and onwards) from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM (swimming time ends at 9:00 PM)
