Competitive and Elite Sports in Pajulahti
The atmosphere of Pajulahti combined with expertise and experience in training camps and competitions for para sports not only attracts domestic Paralympic-level stars but also foreign para athletes and teams to Pajulahti. The annual international multi-sport competition, the Pajulahti Games, along with various major championships, serve as a joint calling card with the Finnish Paralympic Committee. The training camps for the national teams of the Finnish Paralympic Committee and the Paralympic sports of the Olympic Committee, as well as numerous camps organized by sports federations, are part of the year-round activities. Pajulahti is Finland's only Olympic and Paralympic training center.
