General and Safety Instructions for the Adventure Park

html

Adventurer's Measurements and Age

On high courses, considering difficulty levels 5-14, the adventurer must be at least 120 cm tall and 6+ years old, with a spirit of adventure. Generally, adventuring requires that harnesses be worn according to safety instructions.

On low courses 1-4, a minimum height of 100 cm is required for a master adventurer. We recommend bringing along a taller "assistant adventurer," as about 120 cm of leverage is needed in the more challenging parts. The recommended minimum age is 5+ years. On these courses, a helping parent can also join the adventure. Tickets for children-only courses are at a separate price.

Limits:

  • high courses, minimum height 120 cm, recommended age 6+ years
  • low courses, minimum height 100 cm, recommended age 5+ years

The weight limit for the adventure is 120 kg.

Minor Adventurers

  • Children under 10 adventure with their parents' guidance (adult on the courses)
  • Those who have turned 10 years old and older can already climb independently but need their parents' written permission (attached permission slip)
  • Those who have turned 15 years old and older are allowed to adventure independently by reading the fair adventure rules.

We hope you read the following rules and fill out the consent section if necessary. We check consent forms at the handover of harnesses. All this effort is part of our safety process and operational transparency.

Safety

Our adventure courses have undergone an independent TUV A-Type inspection according to the SFS-EN 15567-1 standard, and thus the entire park is type approved and CE marked. Our park guides have received adventure park guide and rescuer training according to the standards of ERCA (European Ropes Course Association). We conduct standard inspections annually, such as the annual inspection and tree inspection by an arborist. Our park customers use full-body harnesses and alternating locking carabiners, ensuring the adventurer is always secured to the safety line. By following the rules, the systems guarantee a safe and thrilling ropes adventure experience.

Weather

The activity takes place outdoors, and the weather imposes certain restrictions on the adventure. Grounds for interrupting the activity:

  • Thunderstorm
  • Strong wind over 6 Beaufort = Fresh breeze 10.8-13.8 m/s

In addition to these situations, the frost limit for park operations is -10°C

Due to weather or other exceptional circumstances, some or all courses may need to be closed. Purchased tickets will not be exchanged or refunded.

Safety is also enhanced by being aware of and following the adventure rules. We encourage everyone to familiarize themselves with the rules before coming to the park. To speed up the process on-site, printing and signing the consent section is recommended to be done at home.
