Cancellation terms for leisure courses and packages:
Leisure courses refer to various themed/specialty courses and full-service family packages. Our booking and payment terms are based on the general package travel terms and conditions issued by the Consumer Authority.
- The customer may cancel their course without a specific reason as follows:
a) If the reservation is canceled at least 28 days before the start of the course, an office fee of 25 €/person will be charged.
b) If the reservation is canceled later than 28 days but no later than 14 days before the start of the course, a fee of 50 €/person will be charged.
c) If the reservation is canceled later than 14 days but no later than 48 hours before the start of the course, 50% of the course price will be charged.
d) If the reservation is canceled later than 48 hours before the start of the course, the Service Provider is entitled to charge the customer the full course price. - If the reservation is canceled according to sections 5.1–5.2 of the general package travel terms and conditions (force majeure), we will retain 25 €/person as cancellation fees from the course fee. In this case, the customer must provide reliable evidence for the reason preventing course attendance, such as a medical certificate, a police investigation report, or a statement from an insurance company.
- If the customer has to interrupt the course due to illness or any other reason, Kolme Kampusta is not obliged to refund or reduce the price of the interrupted course to the customer.
Insurance
We do our utmost to ensure that our customers can enjoy the joy of exercise safely and without unnecessary risks. However, sometimes accidents happen that unfortunately cannot be prevented. Please ensure that your accident insurance is valid.
Other
The minimum participant numbers for the implementation of camps and courses are 8-20 people, depending on the content. We reserve the right to cancel the event 14 days before the start date as well as to make changes to the dates and prices.
Payment
The course is paid for in advance in the online store or by advance invoice, which is sent by email before the start of the course. The course fee must be paid in advance by the due date. We do not enter into billing agreements with private individuals.
